Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Logistics Manager to join our team. We're a small and extremely hard-working team, and everyone works to help out one another. If you’re ready to tackle real challenges and have the skills to back it up, we'd love to talk to you. If not, this isn’t the role for you.

The challenges of this position are no joke. Those who have the experience, you know what we're talking about. However, it is equally rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Forecasting: We have over 100 SKUs. You need to forecast inventory accurately to avoid stockouts and overstock, which can directly affect our cash flow.
• Freight Challenges: Understand the ins and outs of China to US freight problems.
• 3PL Management: You must have experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
• Shipping Options: You should already be well-versed in all shipping options for order fulfillment. You need to choose the best and most cost-effective methods.
• Manage Amazon FBA logistics.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce logistics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of shipping and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail. These are two non-negotiable terms.
