We are looking for a rockstar CS and Community Manager to join our fast-growing team of 6.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Your job as a Customer Service and Community Manager is to ensure that all customers receive top-notch customer service. You're here to inspire your customers and help them with any inquiries they may have, from prospective inquiries, to questions about their orders and anything in between.
As a Community Manager, it's all about creating engaging conversations so community members can become more active & participate more in the group.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience managing communities is a bonus
- A self-motivated team player
- Has strong background in customer service.
- Confident, not afraid to do live videos if needed
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Are able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.

- Reply to customer inquiries on Amazon, our websites, Etsy and Instagram
- Fulfill orders from our website & Amazon
- Actively engaged in our FB groups, creating discussions, help coordinate these channels with the relevant content for our product launches
