Looking for a Rockstar VA for a Pet Supplies & Sharpening Business

This is a job you can do along side another job.

I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and experience in customer service.

You must speak and write good English. You must show up on time every day for your shift. You must be available between 8 AM - 4 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

During this time you will be given tasks such as creating invoices for customers, collecting payments from customers, adding customers to the route, responding to customer inquiries.

The pay is $3 per hour for 8 hours and you will have time to work another job at the same time as you will not be working for me the entire time. You just need to be available during this 8 hour shift whenever a customer messages us or if I need an invoice made or an order needs to be processed.

You'll be monitoring the CRM for inbound customer inquiries, Slack for messages froUpgrade to see actual info and my email inbox.
