Looking for a [Full-Time Video Editor] specialist to join our marketing agency!

My agency, is looking to hire & work with a full-time (40Hrs/Week) video editor to help us edit more video content for our clients.

Job Title: Lead Video Editor
Position Type: Full-Time (40hrs/week) Contractor Role
(No Agencies or Outsourcing - I want to work directly with you)
Performance Bonus Is Available On Top Of Retainer!
Compensation: $1000-$1500USD/month + Performance Bonus

// Description Of Duties:
Join Company Meetings Hosted on Tuesday Morning Weekly
Edit Short Form / Medium Form Videos For Client's Ads, YouTube Videos, and Shorts.
(Detailed Briefs are given for each task inside ClickUp)
Delivering Work by the assigned due date
(Late-delivery on work will not be tolerated)
Ability To Add Captions, Animations, Transitions, Music, and Motion Graphics to deliver clean, clear, and quality work.
Turn Raw content into engaging ads (examples are provided)
Upload Files For Approval and Revise If Needed Quickly
Ability To Be Organized and Use Google Drive, ClickUp, and Slack effectively for well-rounded communication and delivery.
Available for communication on Slack during US hours (9am - 6pm est)
Must be available Monday-Friday 40 Hours A Week
Must Have A Stable Internet Connection

Looking to hire for this role immediately.
You must have created quality ads before and be able to share examples.
You must speak English, have good communication skills, and have a webcam to use during team calls. This is NOT a client-facing role just to be clear.
You have a results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving project objectives.
You have strong attention to detail and are highly organized
You have a friendly, upbeat and team-focused attitude

Compensation:
$800-1500USD Per Month Retainer + Performance Bonus
