About Us:

We are a dynamic gym based in the US focused on promoting health, fitness, and overall well-being. Our mission is to help individuals reach their fitness goals through personalized training, group classes, and a supportive community. We're looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow our online presence, engaging with our audience, and spreading the message of health and fitness.

Position Overview:

As a Social Media VA, you will play a key role in managing our gym’s social media accounts. Your goal will be to create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and interact with our audience to inspire them to live healthier, fitter lives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow our gym's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging and visually appealing content focused on fitness, workouts, healthy living, and gym updates
- Schedule posts consistently and monitor account engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers
- Monitor trends in health, fitness, and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Work with our marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Assist in content planning and maintaining a consistent posting schedule
- Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to showcase gym activities and success stories

Qualifications Requirements

Please submit your application if you meet the following criteria:

- You've had at least two years of experience being a social media/marketing assistant
- You have the ability to learn & use new software & tools quickly
- You have the ability to research / find /implement information you don’t know
- You are dynamic and a self-starter
- You speak, read and write English fluently
- You possess good time management and organizational skills
- You are an expert at building and using spreadsheets
- You can take clear directions and implement within the agreed timeline
- You like a fast-moving environment with multiple deadlines
- You like working on your own
- You are reliable, trustworthy and loyal
- You are able to work US hours
- You must be available to start immediately
- You must have a valid government ID.

NETWORK & SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

Computer specs:
Max Computer Age: 3 years
Processor – i5 or higher
RAM – 8 gb or higher
A fast and stable internet connection (at least 10 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (e.g. pocket wifi)
Noise-canceling headphones
Web camera
Zoom for video calls
Quiet and professional workstation
PAY AND BENEFITS
Pay rate: PHPUpgrade to see actual infoper hour
Part time (20 hours/week) US Time Zone

Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, which will be paid.
