I have more than one store on Shopify!

and I'm looking for a Customer Service VA who can Answer customer emails + Aliexpress seller support

if this job goes Well there will be more work in the future.

Job requirements:
- Work from home only - strong wifi connection
- Excellent English (Key hiring factor)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with me and my client (Key hiring factor)
- knowledge of Shopify platform - MUST
- knowledge of the Aliexpress platform - MUST
- knowledge with Clickup task tool - MUST
- Experience with the Help Scout platform

Bonus:
- Experience with the Help Scout platform


Detailed training will be provided upon acceptance of the application
