About Us

We are a growing e-commerce business creating and selling digital products. Our workflow includes keyword research, product creation, design, and marketing. We already have a team of part-time employees handling different parts of the process. Now, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to take over my role, streamline operations, and ensure smooth execution across all tasks.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire workflow from keyword search to digital product creation to thumbnails. Your goal is to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. You will coordinate with the team, track progress, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and improve systems.

Key Responsibilities

1 Project Coordination – Manage and oversee the end-to-end workflow for digital product creation.
2 Team Management – Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
3 Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies and refine workflows for better productivity.
4 Quality Control – Review work to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
5 Communication – Serve as the bridge between the team and leadership, ensuring smooth collaboration.
6 Reporting & Tracking – Maintain project timelines, update documentation, and report progress regularly.

Qualifications & Skills
Important: Proficient in project management tools like Trello and Excel/Google Sheets
1Experience in project management, especially in e-commerce, digital products, or content creation.
2 Strong leadership and communication skills – ability to manage a remote team effectively.
3 Highly organized – able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once.
4 Detail-oriented – ensures quality in product development and execution.
5 Problem-solver mindset – takes initiative and anticipates challenges before they arise.
