I'm looking for the BEST video editor ever!

I run an agency where we run paid ads for our clients on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

We are looking for an awesome video editor that is talented, gifted, and hard working that can look at our videos and know exactly what to do to make them look awesome... by adding b-roll, captions, callouts, etc.

We promote info products, saas offers, and high ticket coaching offers.

Most of our offers are in the following niches:
- Targeting real estate agents with AI solutions
- Targeting entrepreneurs who want to make more money
- Targeting business owners who need / want PR

We are looking for someone that 100% understands how paid ads work, and how to create video ads that get high CTRs and conversions.

Scope Of Work
- Receive our raw videos, and edit them to make them look amazing
- Create some videos from scratch using b-roll + music + text, etc.
