Looker Studio - Report Building

This is a Freelance Gig. Info on what we need is below, and how to apply for this role is near the bottom.

We are looking for someone who is very well experienced in Looker Studio to connect a few systems and build several reports.

For now this is a GIG, but maybe in the future we will hire you in a more formal manner. Such as my team in Philippines of marketers and web developers is currently 15 full time teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and we are always looking for talented people to join our business!

But officially speaking, once this task is complete their won't be further work for you to complete!

I have copied the request of my e-commerce manager below. My thought is to implement Looker Studio and work through their wish list to see what is possible and what might require additional work through API connections.

The goal is to implement a data aggregator solution that integrates data from multiple platforms and systems (Magento, Mintsoft, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, AWIN). The purpose of the integration is to centralize key metrics and create a unified reporting system for easy analysis and have a seamless connection to each platform.

Requirements:

Magento: Pull product, order, customer, and sales data.

Mintsoft: Pull order processing, stock, and shipment data.

Klaviyo: Aggregate email campaign performance data, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Shopify: Extract sales, order, and customer data from Shopify.

Google Ads: Pull campaign performance data, including clicks, impressions, cost, and conversions.

Google Analytics 4: Collect website performance data, including traffic, bounce rates, and goal completions.

AWIN: Gather affiliate performance data, such as clicks, conversions, and commission earned.


Key Metrics to Aggregate:

Sales and revenue

Website traffic

Campaign performance (email, PPC, affiliate)

Customer engagement metrics

Conversion rates

Product performance


Goals and Expectations:

Develop API connections to all platforms for data extraction.

Gather data in a storage solution (e.g., database, cloud storage).

Create a reporting dashboard to visualize key metrics.

Ensure data is updated in real-time or within a reasonable interval.

Implement error handling and logging to track failed data pulls.
