Long-term VA for Shopify Art Store: With Aesthetic Sense & Good English (written)

Are you a competent Virtual Assistant with an aesthetic sense? If yes, we would like to welcome you!

We're seeking a dedicated and versatile full-time Virtual Assistant to join our growing online pet and human portrait art business. The ideal candidate will be the central point of communication between our customers, artists, and shipping partners, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for all parties involved.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Communication:** Answer customer inquiries via website and social media chat and email, assist with order placement, and provide updates throughout the process.
- **Order Management:** Track incoming orders, assign work to artists, and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Artist Communication:** Communicate customer feedback to our team of artists, facilitate revisions, and ensure final artwork meets customer expectations.
- **Social Media Support:** Assist with social media management and design work, and website content updates.

**Essential Qualifications:**

- **Excellent English communication skills (written):** Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically with customers and artists is essential.
- **Strong time management and multi-tasking skills:** Must be able to manage multiple orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- **Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy:** Accuracy is crucial when communicating feedback to artists and ensuring correct orders.
- **Aesthetic Sense:** Discretion about good and bad designs and understanding customer preferences will help with communication and feedback. If you’re an artist yourself, then that is an added advantage.

**‘Nice to have’ but NOT mandatory Qualities:**

- Experience with Shopify and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Hubspot etc.).
- Experience in Content Writing
- Experience in Graphic Design and Video editing

**Monthly salary:** An amount between $450 to $500 per month (based on your experience and performance in the interview)

**Working days and hours:** 50 hours per week with flexible timing.
