Long-Term VA to Help with Content Promotion

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our food blog team. In this role, you’ll support our social media efforts by helping schedule content, engage with the audience, and keeping track of platform trends. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term position as a valued member of a very close knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
Content ideation
Creating 50+ recipe roundups a week
AI text generation
Strict attention to our style guide
Working closely with a team to coordinate production
Analytics review and data-driven planning
Assist with brainstorming content ideas and campaign themes that align with the brand.
Content organization and calendar management.

Skills & Qualifications:
Comfort using AI tools to generate text, review, and refine it to match brand quality and style.
Excellent communication skills.
Readiness to be a team player and work closely with others.
Organized & detail-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn.
Prior experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing roles, ideally within food, lifestyle, or similar high-volume content areas is a PLUS.
Ability to analyze data to identify high-performing topics, adjust content strategy, and make informed recommendations is a PLUS.

Job Details:
This is a full-time role: 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday, starting asap.
You need to be available 6am to 12noon GMT-5. Additional hours to complete a full-time commitment may be before or after.
Starting pay is $2.50/hour, with the potential to increase after 8 weeks, based on performance. Additional opportunities may follow.
If you are hired, you cannot be employed elsewhere at the same time.
