I am seeking a skilled and experienced video editor to create long-form YouTube content for my faceless NBA-focused channel. The ideal candidate must have expertise in editing sports-related content and a deep understanding of YouTube’s copyright rules to avoid strikes. This role involves combining sports clips, photos, motion graphics, and sound effects to produce high-quality, engaging videos.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble two videos per week, each 7-12 minutes long.
Source and compile sports clips and photos while adhering to YouTube’s copyright guidelines.
Create and incorporate motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.
Add sound effects, transitions, and other creative elements to bring videos to life.
Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects (preferred).
Ensure videos meet the standards for high audience retention and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience editing long-form sports videos (preferably NBA-focused).
Strong knowledge of YouTube’s copyright policies and best practices.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Ability to create motion graphics and animations (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
Creativity and attention to detail in combining footage, photos, and audio elements.
Portfolio showcasing previous sports-related video editing work.
Compensation:
$40 per week for two videos.
