Long Form Video Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with experience in producing engaging, entertainment-style YouTube videos of 8 minutes or longer. This role requires a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience retention strategies to create high-quality content that aligns with our vision.
Responsibilities:
Edit and produce four (4) YouTube videos per week that match our entertainment-focused style.
Implement engaging editing techniques, transitions, and effects to enhance viewer experience.
Adapt to and refine editing based on feedback to ensure consistency with our brand.
Stay up to date with current YouTube trends to optimize content performance.
The style of videos will be similar to the channels below:

Requirements:
Proven experience in editing long-form YouTube videos in the entertainment niche.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt editing styles accordingly.
Strong storytelling skills with a focus on engagement and retention.
Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines consistently.
