We’re looking to add 2 new designers to our team who specialize in creating eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and hero images.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

Design engaging and high-converting YouTube thumbnails that align with our brand’s style.
Create hero images for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, tailored to each week’s content.
Collaborate with our content team to brainstorm and execute design concepts that enhance the visual appeal of our channels.
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 3 months of experience in the following:

Designing thumbnails and hero images that capture attention and drive engagement.
PLEASE have recent work available to view on your portfolio, YouTube, or Vimeo (no older than a year). Alternatively, you can share your work through Google Drive or Dropbox.

The salary will start at $800 a month. You will also have the opportunity to receive quarterly performance-based bonuses after you’ve worked a minimum of 6 months. As your skills develop, there may be opportunities for higher pay.
