Must Have:
- Strong attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset.
- Experience in sourcing and production management, especially in the Chinese market.
- Knowledge of logistics, particularly in international logistics.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Strong English communication skills
- Familiarity with Shopify for e-commerce logistics management.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Factory Relations: Identify leading factories in China for managing glass and box production.
- Quality Control & Design: Maintain high-quality standards for materials, product design, and production.
- Product Improvements: Lead updates to packaging and products for continuous improvement.
- International Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversee global shipments, forecast inventory needs, and manage logistics via
Shopify.
- Daily Operations Management: Ensure timely orders, shipments, and KPIs with field agents.
- Contract Negotiations: Negotiate and manage contracts with factories and suppliers.
- Efficiency & Cost Reduction: Explore cost-saving opportunities and optimize the logistics process.
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions for urgent issues, especially during high-demand periods.
