Logistics Assistant 2 positions (dispatch &billing)

Seeking a dispatcher that can do the following:

Communicate with Drivers (via phone and text)
Dispatch drivers
Check driver updates
Update customers
Book port reservations
Track shipping containers
Trip plan


Must have experience with:

Excel
Microsoft
High level is a plus (HIGH LEVEL EXPERIANCE WILL GET SELECTED 1ST FOR THIS POSITION)
Propass (VA Port a plus)

The ideal candidate will not be timid and have a strong speaking voice. You will be dealing with truck drivers and customers. Please be used to working our hours. We are EST! You will work full-time, NOT PART-TIME. YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR HOURS. They WILL BE SET HOURS.

Expected hours will be 7am-6pm EST BUT this may change.

Also seeking Billing Lead:

Send final rates to customers
Create driver settlements
Approve settlements
Communicate with customers
Keep up with spreadsheets
Understand basic math
Speak with drivers regarding their settlements

Monday -Friday 8-6pm EST


There will be chances of overtime and EXTRA PAY with side projects.

This is a long-term position.
$200 USD per week. More money after 90-day review.
