Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Locksmith Dispatcher to manage and coordinate locksmith services for our clients. This role involves scheduling appointments, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring efficient communication between clients and our team of locksmiths. As a dispatcher, you'll play a key role in providing seamless, timely assistance for clients needing locksmith services.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Scheduling: Efficiently schedule locksmith appointments and dispatch technicians based on availability and proximity to job sites.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, confirming appointments, addressing inquiries, and providing real-time updates.
Technician Coordination: Relay job details to technicians, monitor job statuses, and communicate any changes or updates as needed.
Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise during the dispatch process, including rescheduling or addressing emergency requests.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, and job completions in the company’s CRM system.
Follow-Up: Ensure client satisfaction by following up post-service to confirm quality and address any remaining questions or concerns.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a dispatcher or in a similar customer service role, preferably within the locksmith or home service industry.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Tools: Proficiency with scheduling or dispatch software and CRM systems (e.g.,

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the locksmith industry or other service-based industries.
Previous experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
