Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll leverage your BPO experience to engage with clients, provide top-tier support, and help drive sales. This role is designed for a results-driven individual with a strong, confident personality and a passion for achieving high earnings. Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls, engage with prospective clients, and deliver customized solutions
Utilize your experience to establish rapport quickly and drive sales by showcasing our value
Maintain accurate call notes and client information, ensuring seamless follow-ups
Collaborate closely with the sales and support teams to optimize client satisfaction and close deals
Focus on achieving and surpassing performance targets while working remotely
Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in the BPO industry, preferably in a sales or support role
Strong communicator with a clear U.S. accent and a natural ability to connect with clients
High-energy, motivated to earn commissions, and able to excel in a remote environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
