Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local SEO Specialist to join our growing agency. This role is perfect for someone who understands the importance of local SEO in driving visibility, rankings, and leads for service-based businesses. You will be responsible for managing Google Business Profiles, performing on-page SEO, handling local citation management, and addressing technical SEO tasks.

The position starts with managing a small number of accounts and offers the opportunity to scale as the agency grows.

Responsibilities:
You will manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, ensuring updates, posts, and reviews are strategically handled. You will perform on-page SEO tasks, including keyword research, meta optimization, and creating service and location pages. Additionally, you will handle local citation management to ensure consistent and accurate business information across directories. Using tools like SEMrush, Leadsnap, and Trello, you will monitor performance, provide reports, and implement actionable improvements for clients. Addressing technical SEO issues such as site speed, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:
Applicants should have proven experience in local SEO, specifically with service-based businesses. Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Leadsnap, and Trello is required. A strong understanding of on-page SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and local ranking factors is necessary.
