**Job Description**
As a Part-Time Local SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing Local SEO strategies to help home service businesses rank higher on Google Maps and improve their visibility in local search results. This includes optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP), building citations, conducting audits, and more.

This is a part-time remote role offering flexibility, with opportunities to grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) to improve ranking and visibility
- Conduct keyword research and optimize web pages for local search
- Manage citations – build and optimize local business listings across online directories
- Perform Local SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements
- Create and optimize local content like Google Posts and service-area landing pages
- Build local backlinks to enhance local search authority
- Monitor Google Maps and local search performance and report on progress
- Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and best Local SEO practices

**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in Local SEO with proven results in Google Maps optimization
- Experience optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP) for local search visibility
- Strong knowledge of local citations, link building, and Local SEO tactics
- Experience using SEO tools like BrightLocal, Whitespark, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
- Ability to perform data analysis and implement SEO strategies based on insights
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
- Available to work part-time (20-30 hours/week) during U.S. Central Time (CST)
