JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Framer website builder & automation expert to set up a local business directory on Upgrade to see actual info/directory. This project involves using Framer for site design, Outscraper for data collection, and Google My Maps for interactive listings. The project will be completed in phases, with specific tasks and budgets for each phase.

Phase 1: Data Collection & Organization
- Budget: $150–$300
- Timeline: 1–2 weeks
- Tasks: Extract local business data, organize it into a Google Sheet, remove duplicates, and verify details.

Phase 2: Framer Website Setup & Google My Maps Integration
- Budget: $300–$600
- Timeline: 2–3 weeks
- Tasks: Build the directory site using Framer, import business listings, embed Google My Maps, and optimize the site.

Phase 3: Business Listing Claim & Update System
- Budget: $250–$500
- Timeline: 2–4 weeks
- Tasks: Set up a Google Form for business owners, link responses to Google Sheets & Framer, and automate approval notifications.

Phase 4: Monetization & Scaling
- Budget: $500–1,000
- Timeline: Ongoing
- Tasks: Implement premium listing options, set up Stripe or PayPal, automate outreach, and optimize the directory for revenue growth.
