JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time, remote Real Estate Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant with must-have experience in U.S. mortgage lending and a strong understanding of private lending and Hard Money Lending. This role requires excellent communication skills (written & verbal), strong note-taking abilities, and the ability to control conversations over the phone.



???? Virtual Office & Team Collaboration

We work in a fully virtual office environment, where all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers must be logged into Google Meet during work hours to ensure real-time collaboration, accountability, and efficiency.



???? Compensation

Base salary + commission to reward performance.
Compensation based on experience:
No experience? Pay starts at the lower end while you train.
Plug-and-play? If you require no training, you’ll be compensated accordingly at the higher end.

Key ResponsibilitiesLoan Processing & Coordination

?? Review loan applications, identify red flags, and ensure all documentation meets requirements.

?? Assess borrower qualifications and collateral, working with multiple capital providers.

?? Follow up with borrowers, explain loan terms, and resolve any concerns.

?? Handle draw requests, ensuring compliance before fund disbursement.

?? Own files from start to finish, ensuring on-time closings.



Leadership & Problem-Solving

?? Take initiative—don’t wait for instructions, solve problems as they arise.

?? Work independently while collaborating within our Google Meet virtual office.

?? Step up to support loan processors and underwriters as needed.

?? Develop leadership skills and grow within the company.



Qualifications

?? Must-have U.S. mortgage lending experience.

?? Excellent communication skills—must be able to control conversations over the phone.

?? Strong note-taking and documentation skills.

?? Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.

?? Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

?? Tech-savvy—Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet, and CRM tools (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
