Key Responsibilities
Loan Processing: Assist in processing loan applications for investment properties, ensuring all required documentation is collected and reviewed.
Document Management: Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Data Entry & Quality Assurance: Accurately input loan information into the system and verify borrower details.
Borrower Experience Verification: Confirm borrowers' track records in real estate investments and fix-and-flip projects.
Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third parties to facilitate smooth loan processing.
Software Proficiency: Utilize loan management software and MS Office tools for data management and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in loan/mortgage processing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and loan processing software.
Experience handling fix-and-flip and construction loans.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
3-4 years of experience in loan processing (higher salary range applicable).
Experience working with U.S.-based lending institutions.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
