Job Summary
A Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications, collecting all necessary documents, and ensuring loans comply with the institution's guidelines and regulatory requirements. They work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and applicants to facilitate the loan approval process.

Responsibilities:
Loan Application
Document Collection
Communication with loan officers, underwriters
Verify calculations, loan terms, and other critical detaails
Collaborate with transaction coordinators and otherparties to
facilitate the loan approval process

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Over 1 year of experience in loan processing or a related role
Strong knowledge of loan products, lending policies, and regulations
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmeent
