Loan Processor

Looking for someone with Loan Processing Experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to collect and review loan applications and documents.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulations throughout the loan
process.
• Work closely with underwriters, loan officers, and other team members to facilitate
a seamless loan approval process.
• Maintain Clear and Open communication with clients, keeping them updated on the
status of their application.
• Identify and address potential issues that may arise during the processing of loans.
• Strive to meet or exceed processing timelines and goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Loan Processor in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of lending guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using the loan processing software and tools. (Lending Pad & Loanzify).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the loan process.
• Ability to multitask.
• Have great work ethic.
• Work with integrity.
