Salary: $750 + performance bonuses

Overview:
We are a fast-growing digital media company seeking highly articulate, emotionally intelligent individuals to take on the role of Live Messaging Operators. You’ll be responsible for daily conversational messaging on behalf of a public-facing personality through a secure platform.

This is not a customer service role. It requires advanced social skills, subtle conversational techniques, and the ability to shift tone seamlessly—from playful and casual to thoughtful and emotionally engaging. Your job is to hold long-form, engaging conversations that feel personal, authentic, and connected.


What You'll Do:

- Represent a specific voice and personality consistently across all messages.
- Guide conversations toward meaningful interactions that build loyalty and engagement.
- Use subtle conversational techniques to strengthen connection, trust, and time spent in chat.


Ideal Candidate:

- Writes English at a native or near-native level
- Understands social nuance and how to build emotional rapport in writing
- Has prior experience in chat-based engagement, sales, or live messaging
- Can adapt quickly to a pre-defined tone, style, and persona
