MedCore Solutions, is seeking a dedicated Live Medical Scribe to join our remote workforce. In this role, you will assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real-time, ensuring accurate and thorough records are maintained. Your attention to detail and knowledge of medical terminology will be essential in capturing vital information during patient visits. Responsibilities
Document patient interactions in real-time during clinical visits
Accurately transcribe medical dictations including patient history, examinations, and assessments
Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure precise documentation
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while safeguarding patient confidentiality
Review and edit documentation as needed for clarity and accuracy
Utilize the latest technology and tools provided to streamline the documentation process

Other Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week; Weekend days off


Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
Excellent listening and typing skills
Ability to document patient information accurately in real-time
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic clinical environments
Amenable to work in a graveyard shift (Pacific Standard Time)
