We are seeking a Live Chat Agent who can combine excellent customer support skills with a background in graphic design or technical expertise. If you're a problem-solver with strong communication abilities and a knack for creativity, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch live chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Leverage graphic design or technical skills to assist with visually engaging solutions as needed.
Create and send personalized video responses (e.g., using Loom) to enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in graphic design, technical support, or a blend of both.
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) for clear and professional communication.
Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Availability to work full-time, remotely.
Compensation: £800 per month.
