About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position designed for a motivated and experienced professional who can contribute immediately. You will collaborate closely with the firm’s attorneys and owner to support our clients and advance our mission.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about providing top-tier support for business clients. We particularly welcome candidates experienced in business, partnership, or shareholder disputes who can manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, index, and manage legal documents and evidence for cases.
Utilize electronic document management systems for efficient storage, retrieval, and tracking.
Discovery Assistance
Manage the discovery process, including coordinating document collection, review, and production.
Assist in drafting discovery requests and responses.
Conduct legal research on precedents, laws, and regulations relevant to cases.
Summarize research findings and provide reports to attorneys.
Prepare preliminary drafts of pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas for attorney review.
Client Interaction
Monitor case deadlines and maintain a detailed case calendar.
Coordinate with staff, experts, and opposing counsel on case logistics.
Qualifications
Experience: 5–10 years of litigation experience in U.S. law firms.
