Summary:

As the Listing Optimization & Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence across various travel platforms and our website. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our properties are accurately listed, optimally priced, and well-promoted to maximize bookings and revenue. Responsibilities:

*Listing Optimization | Channel Distribution:
- Oversee the onboarding process of new properties, ensuring they are set up to generate bookings efficiently.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) and channel managers like Hospitable to synchronize listings across various OTAs such as Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, VRBO, and Expedia.
- Monitor and act on platform-specific opportunities and tips to enhance listing visibility.
- Implement strategies to optimize listings for better online visibility, aiming for a 90% occupancy rate.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to refine processes and improve listing performance while maintaining strong client relationships.

*Pricing Optimization | Revenue Management:
-Develop and implement pricing strategies and minimum night stay requirements tailored to specific markets. - Set room rates and policies to ensure tailored solutions for each property or group of properties.
- Conduct market analysis, reviewing pricing trends and seasonal influences to devise diverse pricing strategies that boost revenue and conversion rates.

*General Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property listings on various OTA platforms, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze booking data and OTA performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in OTA algorithms.
- Provide regular reports on OTA performance and booking trends to the management team.
