About Us:
We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company dedicated to providing exceptional stays for guests worldwide. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Listing & Guest Communication Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating and managing property listings across multiple platforms while also ensuring seamless guest interactions from inquiry to post-stay follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:
Listing Management:

Create, manage, and optimize property listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, and Expedia.

Ensure listings are always up-to-date with accurate pricing, availability, and promotional offers.

Optimize listing content, including titles, descriptions, photos, and amenities, to maximize visibility and bookings.

Utilize data and insights to enhance listing performance and increase guest appeal.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to listings and platform performance.

Guest Communication:

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.

Assist with booking requests, modifications, and cancellations.

Provide guests with pre-arrival information and local recommendations.

Address on-stay requests efficiently to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Collect post-stay feedback and resolve any issues that arise.

Mediate guest complaints to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

Qualifications:
Experience managing listings on major short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia).

Strong knowledge of listing optimization techniques and platform-specific requirements.

Must be an Airbnb Subject Matter Expert or above; ex-Airbnb Ambassadors preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Availability to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Reliable backup power supply and stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PriceLabs or other dynamic pricing and revenue management tools.

Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Beds24) and communication platforms like RingCentral.

Knowledge of SEO and market analytics for short-term rental listings.
