Position:
Full-Time LinkedIn Growth & Outreach Specialist (Virtual Assistant)
Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Growth & Content Creation
Content Repurposing: Transform existing
Content Creation: Draft original LinkedIn posts that align with our brand voice and values.
Engagement: Actively interact with comments, posts, and relevant communities to grow our presence organically.
Research & Learning: Stay updated on LinkedIn growth strategies, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize our strategy.
DM Outreach & Appointment Setting
Cold Outreach: Use LinkedIn to identify and message potential leads, introducing them to our services.
DM Management: Maintain ongoing conversations, build rapport, and qualify leads through LinkedIn direct messages.
Booking Calls: Schedule qualified leads for calls with our sales team.
Tracking: Document outreach and responses in a CRM or tracking system for follow-ups and analytics.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE STRONG Copywriting Skills: Strong understanding of persuasive writing and the ability to create engaging, professional LinkedIn content.
Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with LinkedIn tools, algorithms, and strategies for growth.
Communication Skills: Must be a native or fluent English speaker with excellent written communication skills.
Growth-Oriented: A strong desire to learn, adapt, and implement new LinkedIn growth techniques.
Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a systematic approach to outreach and tracking.
Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time role, and you must be able to work during standard business hours in the [Specify Time Zone].
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing LinkedIn accounts or social media platforms for businesses.
Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking systems for managing leads.
