JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an expert in LinkedIn strategy, lead generation, and email marketing? St. Nick’s Christmas Lighting & Decor is looking for a LinkedIn Strategist to enhance our presence, expand our network, drive business growth, and support email outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
- Develop and execute LinkedIn lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients and partners.
- Manage personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to build relationships and drive business development.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for St. Nick’s, our CEO, and sales staff to improve visibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain a network of relevant industry contacts, prospects, and collaborators.
- Track and follow up on outreach efforts to nurture leads and increase conversions.

Content Development & Brand Growth
- Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts tailored for business growth, sales, and brand positioning.
- Craft compelling thought leadership content to establish St. Nick’s and our CEO as industry leaders.
- Develop case studies, success stories, and product-focused content to increase credibility and visibility.
- Monitor LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes to optimize content strategies.
- Support LinkedIn ad campaigns, including audience targeting and performance tracking.


Email
Marketing & Nurturing Leads
- Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture LinkedIn-generated leads.
- Write and optimize email sequences for outreach, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Segment email lists to personalize campaigns based on customer behavior and engagement.
- Align LinkedIn and email marketing strategies for cohesive lead nurturing and follow-up.
- Track email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Sales Support & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to leverage LinkedIn and email as tools for prospecting and closing deals.
- Provide LinkedIn training and best practices for our sales staff to improve outreach efforts.
- Align LinkedIn and email strategies with overall sales and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with our content and email marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics, including LinkedIn engagement, email open rates, and lead conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for LinkedIn and email strategy improvements.
- Use LinkedIn and email analytics tools to assess campaign success and optimize future efforts.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation and engagement.
