LinkedIn Sales and Social Media Manager

We're seeking an exceptional LinkedIn Social Media Manager to join our team! As a highly skilled professional, you'll create and post engaging content, manage our company page and personal profile, grow our authority and influence, and prospect for new clients.

Responsibilities:

- Create and post high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn (company page and personal profile)
- Manage and optimize both the company page and personal profile for CEO - Cherene Francis
- Grow our authority and influence on LinkedIn through strategic content creation and engagement
- Prospect and connect with potential clients, and engage with posts on behalf of Cherene Francis
- Write meaningful comments and responses to posts, and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Provide monthly reports detailing growth, engagement, and areas of improvement

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in social media management, specifically on LinkedIn
- Proven track record of growing followers, engagement, and influence on LinkedIn
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphics, and video
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, best practices, and advertising options
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team

Compensation:

- Base hourly rate
- 5% commission on new clients acquired through LinkedIn efforts (average client value: $300-$3500)
