To expand our international market presence, we are looking for a B2B LinkedIn Outreach Lead Generation Specialist who can leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture high-value prospects. If you're a LinkedIn expert with a strong grasp of B2B engagement and lead conversion strategies, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify, research, and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and other lead enrichment tools.
- Develop and implement targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers in relevant industries.
- Craft compelling LinkedIn messages that drive conversations and generate interest in HQTS’s services.
Engagement & Lead Qualification
- Personalize outreach messages and follow-ups to build relationships with prospects.
- Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand potential clients’ needs and determine fit.
- Book discovery calls or demo meetings with sales teams and maintain a steady pipeline of warm leads.
Lead & Data Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of LinkedIn interactions, connection requests, and prospect responses in tools.
- Track LinkedIn outreach performance, including response rates, meeting conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze data to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
*Your success in this role will be measured by:
- Outbound Connection Requests Sent: Volume of targeted connection requests per month.
- Response Rate: Percentage of connection requests and messages that receive replies.
- Lead-to-Meeting Conversion Rate: Percentage of engaged leads that schedule calls or meetings.
Experience:
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn messaging strategies, and social selling techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging outreach messages.
- Self-Starter & Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently, meet lead generation targets, and refine strategies based on data.
- Market Awareness: Understanding of B2B sales cycles and industry-specific pain points, especially in supply chain, manufacturing, and quality control services.
