Position Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for organically building, managing and growing our “Done For You” clients accounts to specific target metrics.

You’ll create LinkedIn optimized content that is authentic and resonates with target audiences.

You will be our clients’ LinkedIn voice, representing them in a way that aligns perfectly with their brand and values.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Engagement
Personal Brand Building
Content Strategy & Creation
Data-Driven Strategy
DM engagement and Inbox management.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in social media strategy, or digital brand building.
Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to mimic client tone and style, ensuring a consistent, authentic voice across all content.
Research Savvy: Skilled in identifying trending topics and incorporating these into actionable content.
Tech & SEO Knowledge: Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, SEO principles, and organic content ranking.
English needs to be great (close to native TOFL, IELTS or similar accreditation)
People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful client relationships and working virtual.
Experienced with AI yet mindful of AI Limitations: A human-centered approach to ensure authenticity and quality in all aspects of client work.
