Link Building Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Link Building Specialist to execute and manage link-building campaigns that enhance our agency’s SEO and domain authority. This full-time remote role, based in the Philippines, requires experience in outreach, guest posting, digital PR, and acquiring high-quality backlinks.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven SEO professional who understands the importance of backlinks in search rankings and can implement white-hat link-building strategies to improve organic search visibility. You will be responsible for securing high-authority links from relevant websites, engaging in outreach efforts, and monitoring link performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Link Acquisition:
- Research and identify high-authority websites, blogs, and influencers for link opportunities.
- Conduct personalized email outreach to site owners, bloggers, and journalists for guest posting, link insertions, and collaborations.
- Secure backlinks through guest posting, niche edits, broken link building, resource page link building, and PR outreach.
- Build relationships with webmasters, editors, and industry influencers to secure long-term link placements.

Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement white-hat link-building strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust link-building tactics to align with Google’s algorithm updates.
- Perform competitor backlink analysis to uncover new link-building opportunities.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, link-worthy content.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and analyze backlink performance metrics using tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on link acquisition progress, referral traffic, and domain authority improvements.
- Ensure all backlinks comply with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines to avoid penalties.

Requirements:
? Proven experience in link building and SEO outreach.
? Familiarity with white-hat link-building techniques (guest posting, HARO, broken link building, etc.).
? Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
? Strong ability to analyze backlink profiles and identify high-quality link opportunities.
? Excellent English writing and communication skills for outreach emails.
? Ability to research, prospect, and negotiate link placements effectively.
? Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Prior experience working in an SEO agency or link-building team.
? Knowledge of digital PR strategies for link acquisition.
