We’re currently seeking a skilled and reliable Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Rental Manager as well as Loan Processor to join us. This is a part-time role to start, with a strong opportunity for growth as we expand.

What You’ll Be Doing: Your Role May be a bit different but.
Loan Processing: Handling the end-to-end loan process, ensuring all documentation and tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
Attention to Detail: Carefully reviewing applications and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with all standards.
Communication: Responding promptly to inquiries and coordinating between clients and other parties involved in the loan or rental process.
Problem Solving: Taking initiative to address any issues that arise, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using platforms like Slack, Trello, and time tracking software to manage your tasks and monitor time efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with other tea
Key Qualifications:
Strong written and spoken English.
A background in loan processing or related fields is preferred, but we’re open to candidates eager to learn.
Coachable and open to feedback to improve your skills.
Tech-savvy and familiar with platforms like Slack, Trello, or time tracking software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Comfortable working a schedule that is not figured out yet but likely either on call 8pm to 8am California hours or doing tasks during working time. We do not pay for on call, only tasks you are doing but being available only is not paid for. It is just the requirement of real estate or nature of executive assistant work and assistant needs to be okay with this.
Additional Information:
This role starts part-time, with potential to transition to full-time as we grow.
