We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lighting Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lighting and lighting controls systems and be proficient in reading electrical and architectural plans.

Must have min 2 years experince in lighting take-off

Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for lighting and lighting control devices from construction plans.
- Utilize Planswift software to efficiently extract quantities.
- Maintain organized records of takeoffs in Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure accurate project costing.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of all lighting and control elements in the takeoff process.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lighting estimator or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and architectural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of lighting and lighting control systems.
- Advanced skills in Planswift and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
