JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Appointment Setter, with strong experience using GoHighLevel. You’ll be responsible for setting up appointments with potential clients, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth follow-ups. P

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, experience with appointment setting using scripts, and a good working knowledge of GoHighLevel. Experience in the insurance or medical insurance industry is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting and Client Communication:

Appointment Scheduling:

Use GoHighLevel to schedule appointments with clients from our lead lists, ensuring all communications are timely and professional.

Manage the entire appointment process, including confirming appointments, handling reschedules, and following up with clients as needed.


Client Follow-Up:

Consistently follow up with leads who haven’t yet booked an appointment, nurturing them through calls, emails, or texts.

Maintain professional and friendly communication, ensuring the client is comfortable and confident in moving forward.


Handling Scripts and Objections:

Use provided scripts to guide conversations with leads while being flexible and personable.

Effectively handle objections and common client concerns, turning hesitation into scheduled appointments.



GoHighLevel Expertise:

Lead Management:

Work within GoHighLevel to track leads, schedule appointments, and manage client interactions.

Use GoHighLevel to automate workflows where applicable, ensuring seamless communication with clients.


Skills & Qualifications:

GoHighLevel Expertise:

Proficient in using GoHighLevel for appointment setting, lead management, and email marketing campaigns.





Appointment Setting Experience:

Proven experience setting appointments and managing client communications, especially in industries like insurance, healthcare, or related fields.

Confident in using scripts to guide conversations and handle objections effectively.



Strong Communication & Customer Service:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to build rapport with clients, answer questions, and set appointments confidently.

Ability to provide a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.


Organizational & Time Management Skills:

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, ensuring appointments are set on time, and follow-ups are completed consistently.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
