Licensed Psychometrician with HR/ School Admission Background

This is a part-time position.

We are looking for a Licensed Psychometrician with HR/ School Admission Background to help us identifying the candidates best fit our corporate culture.

You will help with the following in identifying the best candidates by contributing to better understanding of the potential the candidates' personalities, strengths and weaknesses:
- communicate and coordinate with hiring managers and department head to identify staff needs and candidate selection criteria
- draft pre-interview questionnaires for candidate to fill out to ensure the efficiency of interview
- draft job interview questions
- conduct interviews to shortlist candidates and prepare interview reports for the management to review
