JOB OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATION:
• Senior High School Graduate or College Degree Holder.
• Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action to address tasks.
• The candidate must have the ability to resolve issues related to documents or government
processes.
• Has experience in document management and liaising with government agencies such as the
BIR, SEC, DTI, LTO, and other government-mandated offices.
• Experience in tax compliance, handling business permits, and managing other government
requirements is a major plus.
• Integrity and honesty
• Computer Skills
• Basic knowledge of laws related to taxes, business registration, and other legal aspects of
company operations.
• Possesses a driver's license and a personal vehicle for efficient travel.
• Residing in Metro Manila.
• Willing to work on a part-time contract basis, with the schedule based on assigned tasks.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Receiving and submitting documents to government agencies (such as BIR, LTO, SEC, and others).
• Focusing on the company's requirements for business permits, taxes, and other regulatory
compliance.
• Updating records and ensuring that registrations and other documents are up to date.
• Managing the licenses and permits required by the company.
• Handling business-related legal documents.
• Capable of liquidating budget-related issues for the company.
