Job Title: Level 3 Technical Specialist (Philippines – Remote Role)
About Us:
Q10 Systems is an Australian-based IT company specialising in managed IT services and cybersecurity. We’re a small team of two, currently looking to grow and bring on a talented Level 3 Technical Specialist to help us provide exceptional service to our clients.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Technical Specialist, you’ll play a critical client-facing role, providing advanced IT support and resolving complex technical issues for our clients. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as you’ll interact directly with clients and represent Q10 Systems as a trusted IT partner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting and resolving Level 3 technical issues.
• Assisting clients with advanced IT support over phone,
• Managing and maintaining IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Collaborating with our small but dedicated team to deliver timely and effective solutions.
• Documenting issues and solutions in a professional and organised manner.
Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in Level 3 support.
• Proficiency in server administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with managed IT services and cybersecurity is a plus.
