We are seeking experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Engineers to join our remote team based in the Philippines. As a business operating from Queensland, Australia, we provide top-notch IT support to clients, focusing on professionalism and technical excellence. The role requires aligning with our Australian Eastern Standard Timezone (UTC+10, no daylight saving).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Level 2 or 3 IT support to resolve technical challenges effectively.
* Troubleshoot and resolve client IT issues promptly.
* Proactively monitor and maintain client systems, networks, and security measures.
* Collaborate with the team to implement IT solutions and upgrades.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure high levels of service.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Level 2 or 3 IT support roles.
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to interact directly with Australian clients.
* Familiarity with tools such as ThreatLocker, Huntress, or similar cybersecurity systems would be an advantage.
* Expertise in networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.
* Ability to work independently during extended shifts.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
