We’re Logic Stream, an Australian-based Managed Service Provider (MSP), looking for a skilled Level 2 Network Engineer based in the Philippines. Your Key Responsibilities:
• Network Administration: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Fortinet devices (firewalls, switches, and access points) to ensure secure and reliable operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Domotz to monitor and optimize network performance proactively.
• Microsoft Administration: Support and maintain Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Server.
• Technical Support: Deliver Level 2 support for networking and IT issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions for clients.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organised network and system documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with global teams to implement IT solutions and assist with project rollouts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years in a Network Engineer or similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on expertise with Fortinet devices and configurations.
• Familiarity with Domotz or similar network monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server).
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve technical issues effectively and independently.
• Communication: Strong English skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Remote Setup: A stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Fortinet NSE4, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certifications.
• Experience with IT service management platforms and MSP tools.
