JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly skilled and dedicated Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer or Systems Administrator? We are looking for someone with technical expertise to join our dynamic team. Your ability to connect with our team, provide excellent support, and ensure a positive experience is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of workstations, servers, and network infrastructure, including WiFi.
• Proficiently manage and troubleshoot mobile devices, particularly iPhones.
• Provide support for label printers, accessories, and other peripherals.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Offer exceptional helpdesk support to users, ensuring quick resolution of their issues.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a Level 2 Helpdesk or Systems Administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting iPhones.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, reliable, and committed to providing the best user experience.
