Job Description:
As a Legal Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking services. If you are driven to help people and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Email and Text Communication: Promptly and professionally respond to emails and texts in the CRM’s Conversation tab, providing accurate information and support.
- Intake Evaluations: Conduct intake interviews with potential clients via Zoom or phone to gather essential details, assess their needs, and determine whether a direct contract can be offered or if a more in-depth session with the CEO is required.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for potential clients, whether in-person, via video, or phone consultations.
- Client Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with potential clients to answer additional questions and guide them through the next steps of the process.
