We’re Hiring: Legal Expert

Are you a legal professional with expertise in safeguarding businesses and ensuring compliance? We’re looking for someone to help protect our interests when hiring, dealing with suppliers, working with clients, and managing contracts.

Responsibilities:

Draft and review contracts, purchase orders (POs), and agreements with clients, suppliers, and employees.
Protect the company from potential legal risks in business relationships.
Ensure compliance with international tax laws (a plus).
Provide guidance on intellectual property (IP) law and trademark protection (a plus).
Advise on technology and software law, including licensing and SaaS agreements (a plus).
Ensure data privacy and protection compliance (GDPR, CCPA, or local laws) (a plus).
Requirements:

Strong understanding of contract law and dispute resolution.
Ability to create legally binding agreements that protect the company’s interests.
Knowledge of IP law, technology law, or international tax law is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations is a bonus.
