Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Law Clerk to support client communication, case management, and legal documentation. This remote role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and prior experience in legal support or customer service in a legal background. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication:
Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding case statuses and legal processes.
Conduct structured client interviews to gather essential case details.
Ask guiding questions to ensure accurate and complete information collection.
Proactively reach out to clients for updates, clarifications, and document collection.
Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication via calls, SMS, and

Organization & Follow-ups:
Manage follow-ups to ensure smooth case progress and timely resolution.
Schedule and track important case milestones, deadlines, and client callbacks.
Maintain detailed and well-organized records of all client interactions.
Case Management:
Collect, compile, and organize case-related information from clients.
Prepare and format legal documents, including demand packages.
Ensure case files are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible for legal teams.
Technical Skills:
Utilize case management software for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Demonstrate proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Suite for case tracking and documentation.
Experience with VOIP phone systems (e.g., RingCentral) is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven experience drafting legal documents (e.g., demand packages).
Mandatory: Background in a call center, BPO, or legal support role.
Experience handling mass tort cases is an advantage.
Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the shift.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Casepacer, Rubris, or similar legal software is a plus.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (1-hour break included).
