Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations Support: Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests. Ensure tenants' needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Lease Administration: Support in the preparation, review, and management of lease agreements, renewals, and amendments. Ensure compliance with lease terms.
Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and tracking of maintenance requests and repairs. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly rent rolls, expense tracking, and budget variance analysis.
Marketing & Leasing: Help with marketing vacant units, conducting property showings, processing rental applications, and ensuring that the leasing process runs smoothly.
Vendor Management: Assist with vendor management, including securing bids for services, reviewing contracts, and ensuring vendors meet quality and service standards.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure properties remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property files and records.
Project Management: Support property improvement projects, renovations, or other initiatives aimed at enhancing property value.
Qualifications:
NON NEGOTIABLE: At least 2 years of proven experience with ResMan Software
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and tea
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work independently in a remote environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues quickly and efficiently, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate laws, tenant-landlord regulations, and property maintenance procedures.
Remote Work Capability: Must have a reliable internet connection, home office setup, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
